Beginning on Monday, November 7, 2022, at 7 a.m., Florida Street between South Parkway East and Belz Boulevard will be closed to through traffic to allow a railroad contractor to repair the railroad tracks. This closure will be in effect until Thursday evening, November 10, 2022.
Local traffic will have access to Florida Street up to the closure at the railroad tracks.
Motorists who normally use Florida Street between South Parkway East and Belz Boulevard are advised to use an alternate route during the days of closure. Delays are to be expected.
The signed detour route will make use of South Parkway East, Third Street, Belz Boulevard, and Kansas Street.
